Seven years ago, I was facing an empty nest and missing my children terribly. They tell you that it’s going to be great when your kids leave – but I didn’t feel better for a long time!!!!
My career no longer brought me joy.
I was carrying 35 extra pounds that I couldn’t lose, no matter how many salads I ate or how many miles I ran.
My menstrual cycle had taken on a life of its own.
My digestive system was a mess, leaving me bloated and sick most of the time.
I understand what it’s like to get out of bed feeling like you don’t have the energy to do this another day.
I remember what it felt like to be so bitchy that I could barely live with myself. #truestory
I can still remember the different sizes of pants in my closet. My hormones were out of control, my stomach bloated, and I will never forget the complete and total exhaustion of trying to get through the day with a smile on my face.
I clearly remember how it felt to be dismissed by professionals who should have helped me but told me instead that it was ‘normal’ to feel that way as I got older.
It didn’t have to be that way for me, and it doesn’t have to be that way for you anymore!
Imagine getting out of bed eager to face another day!
Sleeping well and feeling rested and energetic!
Becoming truly happy with where you are in life!
The thrill of finding one size of clothing in your closet!
Finding joy by living at your ideal weight!
I’ve created a program that helps you to do all of this and more. You don’t need another cookie-cutter diet because you deserve the personalized attention that will help you reach your goals. Then, you can live the vibrant life you were meant to live.
Learn how to understand what systems are waving the white flag, begging for support.
Sleep through the night, not stare at the ceiling and worry.
Have the support that you need to get there.
We are not meant to live alone! Instead, we should rely on each other and get help when we need it.
Let’s start there.
