Who wants to be normal anyway?

Hands up if a medical professional has ever dismissed you by saying that what you’re going through is “normal” ?

It’s a common theme among the women that I work with. They’ve been to doctors, health coaches, clinics and more, only to be told that they’re ‘normal’
Wasn’t it Erma Bombeck who said that normal is nothing but a setting on the washing machine?

On my own health journey, I think that was absolutely the most frustrating part.
The fact that no one would listen to me that SOMETHING WAS WRONG made me feel like I was crazy!

Someone in my Facebook group said it best. She said “I’M the one living in my own body! I know what normal feels like. This isn’t it.”

Many of the issues that get dismissed relate to hormones, digestion, and sleep. As a reslut, you may be experiencing things like:

-mood swings
-IBS type symptoms like constipation, diarrhea, bloating
-heavy bleeding
-lack of sex drive
-weight gain
-dull, dry skin, hair and nails
-listlessness
-despair
-exhaustion, right down to your bones
-sleeplessness

And anything else that just doesn’t feel right. There’s hope though.

I felt like I’d never find a solution, but I did. And you will too. Stick with me girl ❤️. This is my jam. This is what I love to do. To help women, just like you, to get to the root cause of what’s wrong and get feeling their best!
