THIS Could Help Your Weight Loss Plateau!

I’m playing a lot with coherence, frequencies, and resonance these days.

So much has changed over the past couple of years, for all of us.

We’ve seen (what I hope is) the greatest division we will see in our lifetimes.

Many of us have lost friends and even family members because of this division. Our footing has shifted. Now, some of the people, places, and things that we resonated with no longer fit.

We can feel the shifts in the fabric of society, as we know it.  We can feel an energetic shift, even if we aren’t entirely sure what that means.

Ok, you’re thinking.  What does this have to do with weight loss?

EVERYTHING.

The thoughts we think create our reality, always.

Now, this isn’t some off-handed statement we like to toss around like, “Thoughts become things!” (they do). This is actual science.

Curious?

Let’s take a look.

  • A thought will always trigger an emotion.
  • Emotion lives in the body.
  • This emotion then triggers a cascade of reactions in the body.
  • A hormone response appears because, when the mind needs to send a message to the entire body, the only messengers it has are hormones. 
  • In the heart lives the magnetic monopole.  A monopole has one job – it attracts.

So, this thought triggered this emotion, which then triggered this hormone response. That, in turn, triggered a calibration of the magnetic monopole of the heart, which sent out a frequency. That frequency attracts whatever resonates with the frequency of the original thought.

Over time, this becomes such an automated response. We think the same 60 thoughts or so day in and day out, and creates a mental circuit in our brains that turn into subconscious patterns.

These patterns either support us in going after and getting what we want, or they support us in going after and getting what we DON’T want. It all depends on what we focus on.

I’ll share a story with you.

I have a client who is trying to lose weight.  Honestly, she’s been trying to lose weight for decades but hit a weight loss plateau.  Now she’s faced with a diabetes diagnosis and she knows that she has to get this under control. 

Sue has been solely focused on the BIG NUMBER on the scale.  She tells herself, and everyone who will listen, that she NEEDS to lose this weight. She also claims that she’s never been able to lose weight. It’s her cross to bear in life.

This thought creates emotions like helplessness, frustration, anger, and defeat within her. She easily slides into victim mode. These emotions then create a hormone response that says “Oh Sue, you’re so stressed.  You need some cortisol on board to keep you going. That way, you can continue to run from this tiger that you just can’t get away from.”

The cortisol then shuts down her digestive system (and all other systems she doesn’t need for survival).  Adrenaline jumps on board and says “Sue, you’re going to need something to keep you going! Eat a bon-bon to give you a quick boost of energy, and I’ll help you to store that weight around your middle. That way, your vital organs are protected.  We’ve got this!”

All from the habitual thought pattern of “I can never lose weight.”

It seems harmless at the moment, doesn’t it? And it may very well be true.  But this weight loss plateau is true because it is the story Sue is telling herself.

It is what she resonates with energetically.

This isn’t something woo- woo.  This is science.

Let’s unpack the physical response in the body to this habitual thought pattern Sue is stuck in.

How could Sue possibly experience a different reality while she’s in this thought pattern? The hormones she releases cannot be different than the resonance with the thought.

Thus, the weight loss plateau.

The scientific definition of resonance is this:  when one object vibrating at the same natural frequency as a second object forces that second object into a matching vibrational motion.

Sue’s weight will change when she starts to resonate or vibrate with the thoughts that match the weight that she DESIRES not the one that she has.

I know this seems kind of (or maybe a lot) out there, but I’ve seen it time and time again in my practice.

Whether I’m coaching women through health issues, life path discovery, or in their businesses, they are always getting exactly what they are resonating with. Lest you think I’m sitting in judgment, believe me, I’m well aware that I do this too!

When the resonance changes, things begin to shift and the client is able to step into an entirely different paradigm. 

It happens every time.
