Unjaded Episode 123: Afraid to Launch Your Offers Online? Let’s redefine what launching is.
Successful online entrepreneurs launch offers on a regular basis. Launching is a non-negotiable in the online space. How you do that though, is up to you. By aligning with the energy within your Human Design blueprint, you can launch your offers without burning yourself out.
Are you afraid to launch your offers? You’re not alone. Many online entrepreneurs struggle with the fear of launching—fear of rejection, burnout, or hearing crickets when the cart opens. But if you’re serious about your business, launching is essential. The good news? It doesn’t have to feel overwhelming or out of alignment with who you are.
In this blog post, we’ll explore the common fears around launching and how to reframe them, all while aligning with your unique Human Design. Whether you’re a seasoned entrepreneur or just stepping into the world of online marketing, these insights will help you create a launch strategy that feels good and delivers results.
Prefer to listen? You can do that here.
Launch phobia is that sinking feeling you get when you think about putting your offer out into the world. Maybe it’s fear of no one buying, being judged, or of the overwhelming energy it takes to get the job done.
The truth is: launching doesn’t have to look like a high-energy, all-consuming sprint.
When you shift your perspective on launching, you’ll realize there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. It’s about finding a method that works for you, your energy, and your audience. By aligning with your Human Design, you can launch your offers your way so that you don’t burn yourself out.
You might think, Why do I have to launch? Can’t I just put my course, program, or product on my website and let it sell itself? While evergreen offers can be a valuable piece of your strategy, they still require a system to drive sales.
Launching creates urgency. It tells your audience, “This is the time to take action.” Human behavior thrives on deadlines and scarcity, so incorporating these elements—whether in a live launch or an evergreen funnel—can make all the difference in converting browsers into buyers.
Human Design isn’t just a personal development tool—it’s also a game-changer for your business strategy. When it comes to launching, your Human Design can help you:
For example, if you’re a Manifesting Generator, you might feel most aligned creating a mix of live interactions and spontaneous pivots in your launch. If you’re a Projector, you might do better with a smaller, more curated audience and a focus on one-on-one invitations and a system in place that people follow through your launch.
Let’s explore three types of launches to inspire your strategy:
If your offer isn’t selling, it’s most certainly a messaging issue. Are you clearly communicating the transformation your audience will experience? Are you speaking to their deepest desires and pain points?
For instance, instead of saying, “I help people align with their Human Design,” say, “I help entrepreneurs use their Human Design to create content that attracts paying clients without burnout.” The more specific you are, the easier it is for your ideal audience to see the value of your offer.
Your Human Design isn’t just about launching—it can guide your entire marketing strategy. From content creation to audience engagement, understanding your energy type and strategy can help you:
When you honour your design, you’ll not only enjoy the process more—you’ll also see better results.
Launching doesn’t have to be scary or overwhelming. When you approach it with the right mindset, strategy, and alignment with your Human Design, it can become an exciting part of your business.

Do You Have Launch Phobia? Why You’re Afraid to Launch and How to Fix It
Are you afraid to launch your offers in your business? If so, you’re not alone.
So many entrepreneurs hold back from launching because they’re afraid:
😨 Afraid no one will buy
😨 Afraid it will be exhausting
😨 Afraid it will be hard
😨 Afraid of being judged or rejected
All of these fears are valid—but they’re also keeping you stuck. Today, we’re breaking down the real reasons behind launch phobia and how to launch in a way that feels aligned with your energy.
And here’s the truth you might not want to hear:
👉 If you have offers, launching isn’t optional.
This conversation came up with a potential client who wanted to join my mastermind. She said, “Vickie, I’m so afraid you’re going to make me launch.”
First of all—I don’t make anyone do anything. If I had that kind of power, trust me, I’d start with my husband before my clients. 😆
But here’s the thing: If you’re in business, you have to launch.
Now, how you launch? That’s where Human Design comes in.
Your Human Design won’t tell you what to launch, but it will show you how to do it in a way that feels good for you.
We can look at your circuitry and energy type to figure that out. But launching in some form is non-negotiable.
One of the biggest problems is that people have a very specific, often overwhelming idea of what a launch has to look like.
This client said, “When I think of launching, I think of a challenge or a bootcamp where I have to be ‘on’ all the time, and I can’t take a break. And what if nobody buys?”
Sound familiar?
The fear of launching often comes from this rigid idea that it has to be high-energy, stressful, and exhausting.
But launching doesn’t have to look like that. In fact, there are many different ways to launch.
If a high-energy live launch makes you want to run for the hills, good news—you have options.
Here are three different types of launches you can try:
If you’ve ever thought, “I’ll just put my offer on my website, and people will buy it,” I have one question for you:
👉 How’s that working for you so far?
Spoiler: That’s not how business works.
Your offer can’t just sit on your website collecting dust—you need to actively drive people toward it.
💡 Instead of just listing it on your site, build an Evergreen funnel.
How?
✅ Set up a lead magnet that draws people in
✅ Send them through a targeted email sequence
✅ Add a scarcity trigger (a discount, a bonus, or a deadline)
For example, you could offer a 25% discount for 48 hours after they sign up for your freebie. That’s a launch. It’s not loud, it’s not stressful, but it still creates urgency.
Maybe you love teaching but don’t want the pressure of a one-time live launch. In that case, you can:
✅ Host a monthly workshop or webinar on the same topic
✅ Sell your offer at the end with a limited-time bonus
✅ Use that system to consistently bring in new clients
The key? People need a reason to buy now.
This keeps your energy steady and your sales flowing—without the overwhelm of a one-time launch.
Live launching isn’t for the faint of heart—it’s a lot of work. But if it fits your energy, it can be wildly effective.
Some common live launch strategies:
🔥 5-day challenges
🔥 3-part workshop series (this is how I launch!)
🔥 Exclusive live events with a limited-time offer
Here’s what you need to know about live launches:
✅ They take preparation. Have your emails, social media posts, and content ready ahead of time.
✅ They require flexibility. If something isn’t working, be willing to pivot (this is why I don’t pre-create everything—I need room to respond).
✅ They bring up ALL your stuff. Launching will trigger every fear you have about being judged, rejected, or not being “good enough.”
More people will say no than yes, and that’s okay. You don’t need everyone—you just need the right people.
No matter what kind of launch you choose, scarcity is necessary.
🛑 Not fake urgency.
✅ Real, ethical scarcity.
People procrastinate—it’s human nature. If there’s no deadline, they won’t take action. That’s why even Evergreen offers need a reason to buy now.
Messaging is also critical. One of my clients recently discovered mid-launch that her ideal clients didn’t even identify with the words she was using.
❌ They didn’t see themselves in her messaging.
✅ Once we tweaked it, she made sales.
This is why your messaging must be crystal clear. If people don’t understand exactly what you do and how you can help them, they won’t buy.
One of my friends recently launched with a series of emails and sponsored email lists—no social media, no live events, no ads. And it worked.
Because here’s the thing:
💡 There’s more than one way to launch. But you do have to launch.
If you’re an online entrepreneur, you cannot just put your offers out there and hope people magically buy them.
✅ You don’t have to do a big, stressful live launch.
✅ But you do need to create urgency, clarity, and visibility for your offer.
So, here’s your action step:
👉 Pick a launch strategy that works for you.
👉 Get super clear on who you help and what transformation you provide.
👉 Put your offer out there.
Because the biggest launch mistake? Not launching at all.
Are you going to launch? (You know the answer 😉)
