Cleaning your pantry checklist

In my weekly newsletter, we’re chatting about staying on track with nutrition changes we have promised ourselves we’d make in the new year.  It’s mid-January now, and my pantry is the same as it was before. It can be easier to let things slide than to dig in and get healthier, I know.

It seems like the motivation that had us going at the beginning of the year is a distant memory now.  We’ve made our way through the first couple of grocery shops and we’re running out of ideas.  The food in the pantry is calling to us and resistance seems futile.

If you’re ready to take the next step and begin to clean out the food that doesn’t lead to great health, download this Pantry Clean out PDF and get started.  It’s a pretty basic overhaul that will take some effort re-learning what to reach for in a pinch but it’s worth it in the end.
