The 6-week program looks like this:
A computer assessment that will tell us exactly what’s going on inside your body. What systems are most in need of support? Where are you lacking vital nutrients? Where is your body waving the white flag? This tells us where we need to start in your Health Simplified blueprint.
A 60 minute kick off call with me where we’ll dig in to all of the things that you’re doing on a daily basis that are keeping you stuck, feeling like crap.
- What are you eating?
- How are you sleeping?
- What are your moods like?
- Do you have hormonal issues?
- What medications and supplements are you taking?
- What surgeries and traumas have you experienced?
In this appointment, we’ll revamp your nutrition and lifestyle routines so that you can begin to implement changes right away. You’ll have concrete steps to follow that are simple and effective. No more second-guessing the best “diet” for you.
You’ll then work your way through 6 modules, delivered weekly so that you don’t go into overwhelm. You’ll have a full week to implement any of the habits and changes before you go through another lesson.
These modules focus on the systems in your body that are out of balance and in need of life support.
During our weekly check- ins, we’ll dive in with simple steps to take that deliver big results over a short period of time. You’ll get coaching around the places you’re getting stuck and a clear plan for busting through your blocks.
You’ll download a journal to track your progress as we go.
You’ll have access to me via email for the entirety of the program so that you never have to feel alone or wonder if you’re making the right decision.
