Introduction to Human Design Gate 59 and Gene Key 59

Human Design Gate 59 is The Gate of Dispersion. People with Gate 59 defined are driven to reproduce. This could mean children, projects, business opportunities, etc. It’s an archetype of sex and intimacy that is driven by bonding with the right people. There’s an aura busting quality to this energy that breaks down the defences of others quickly and easily. 

Location of Gate 59 in your Human Design Chart

Gate 59 is located in the Sacral center of the bodygraph or human design chart.

The 59-6 Channel and Gate 59’s Human Design Circuitry

Think of Human Design Circuitry as the circuit board that lies beneath the rest of your design. Circuitry is the thing that all other aspects are placed upon. It lays the foundation and the energies here never change.  

There are 3 main circuits in Human Design: Individual, Collective, and Tribal. 

This gate is part of The Channel of Mating (59-6). This is tribal energy. As a Generated channel, it operates in response. If the entire channel is defined for you, your emotions will come in waves, although these waves won’t be super extreme. You’re fairly even keeled most of the time but once in a while something sets you off into RAGE. It’s quick and then it’s gone. You have a powerful aura that penetrates others, breaking down their defences. You are able to bond with people instantly but they may not always be ready for you!

Tapping into Gate 59’s Energy

How does Gate 59 show up in your chart, and how can you tap into that aura busting energy? Start by taking a look at your own chart to see if Gate 59 is defined (the line is colored in)  or undefined (the line is blank). Next, look at the Sacral Center to see if it is defined (colored in) or undefined (blank).

Here are the possibilities:

Defined Gate 59 in a Defined Sacral Center

If Gate 59 is defined for you in a defined centre you have access to this energy always. It’s part of who you are. Your best use of this energy is in response to someone or something around you. You can go deep with others, but only when you enter into bonds correctly.

Defined Gate 59 in an Undefined Sacral Center

If Gate 59 is defined for you in an undefined centre it is considered dormant. It will be activated when you are with someone who has gate 6 (The Gate of Friction), defined OR when a planetary transit defines this gate.

Accessing Energy with an Undefined Gate 59

If Gate 59 is undefined for you, fear not! 
You’ll have access to the energy of this gate when you are with others who have it defined and/or through planetary transits. You can borrow this energy by being in the aura of someone who has it defined.

Unveiling The Shadow of Gate 59

The shadow of Gate 59, according to Gene Keys, is dishonesty.
Richard Rudd (Gene Keys) explains that Gene Key 59 moves from dishonesty, through intimacy, into transparency.

It’s a pathway of intimacy. With this Gene Key (or gate) defined, you’re here to experience deep intimacy. This is part of the energy of the 2027 mutation that we’ll experience so it’s an interesting energy to watch.

Do I have the intimate relationships that I require?
