Human Design Gate 32 is The Gate of Duration.

With this gate defined, you’re someone who’s cautious because you have a deep fear of failure. You have killer entrepreneurial instincts and a keen eye for value. You’re the archetype of a financial manager.

Gate 32 is located in the Spleen center of the bodygraph or human design chart.

The 32-54 Channel and Gate 32’s Human Design Circuitry

Think of Human Design Circuitry as the circuit board that lies beneath the rest of your design. Circuitry is the thing that all other aspects are placed upon. It lays the foundation and the energies here never change.  

There are 3 main circuits in Human Design: Individual, Collective, and Tribal. 

This gate is part of the Channel of Transformation (Channel 32-54).

You’re driven and ambitious. Material success is important to you, as is climbing the ladder. You have the drive and endurance to reach any goal you set and  the natural ability to look for opportunities and see whether the time, money, energy and expenditure will pay off. It’s important that your efforts be recognized by people who are important to you. Physical activity is a MUST every day.

Tapping into Gate 32’s Energy

How does Gate 32 show up in your chart, and how can you tap into that successful energy? Start by taking a look at your own chart to see if Gate 32 is defined (the line is colored in)  or undefined (the line is blank). Next, look at the Spleen Center to see if it is defined (colored in) or undefined (blank).

Defined Gate 32 in a Defined Spleen Center

If Gate 32 is defined for you in a defined centre you have access to this energy always. It’s part of who you are. You have a keen eye for value in people and in opportunities.

Defined Gate 32 in an Undefined Spleen Center

If Gate 32 is defined for you in an undefined centre it is considered dormant. It will be activated when you are with someone who has gate 54 defined (The Gate of Ambition), defined OR when a planetary transit defines this gate.

Accessing Energy with an Undefined Gate 32

If Gate 32 is undefined for you, fear not! 
You’ll have access to the energy of this gate when you are with others who have it defined and/or through planetary transits. You can borrow this energy by being in the aura of someone who has it defined.

Unveiling The Shadow of Gate 32

The shadow of Gate 32, according to Gene Keys, is failure.
In its lowest expression, Gate 32 holds a deep fear of failure. Richard Rudd (Gene Keys) explains that Gene Key 32 moves from failure, through preservation into veneration.

Other words for veneration are reverence, devotion, and acclaim.
