It’s not about counting calories, knowing your macros, giving up carbs, living on salads, ‘bootcamping’ yourself to death.
It’s just common sense.
It’s the things that we know we should be doing (and maybe some you don’t know about!) but we let ourselves off the hook and order pizza instead.
